Any celebration is perfect with a super delicious gluten-free Pandan Sponge Cake, coconut sugar . Frosted with vanilla cream  frosting and finished with a Klepon and sprinkling of coconut around the top.

Contains : eggs, rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, sunflower oil, coconut sugar, fresh coconuts, klepon.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING:

All cakes are placed in our custom cake box for a beautiful presentation. For shipping, layer cakes are specially packaged with dry ice in an insulated cooler and shipped via our custom logistic. Allow cake to reach room temperature before enjoying, which may take two hours. Wrap any remaining cake with plastic and refrigerate. Refrigerated cake will remain fresh for one week after arrival.

Special Klepon cake is Gluten free and refined sugar free. Gluten free pandan sponge cake, coconuts, coconut sugar, fresh made Klepon. Type of flour using in this cake is the combination of rice flour, tapioca and potato flour.

*Cake should be kept refrigerated (NOT FROZEN) till time of consumption. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge in an air-tight container up to 2 weeks in the freezer and 4 days in refrigerator.
