Inspired by Indonesian Iced dessert, Es Podeng, we made it in a cake version. Pandan Chiffon Sponge Cake, Kopyor Cream, Black sticky rice,jelly, meises, just like eating es podeng in a form of cake.
*Cake should be kept refrigerated (not frozen) till time of consumption. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge in an air-tight container up to 4 days.
