Inspired by Indonesian favorite jajanan, Klepon. Originally made in Ramadhan month – 2017, before klepon cake was even famous. Pandan Chiffon Sponge Cake, Fresh coconut with coconut sugar, and homemade klepon.
*Cake should be kept refrigerated (not frozen) till time of consumption. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge in an air-tight container up to 4 days, but klepon will harden after has been stored for more than 1 days. If you wish to eat klepon that has been stored, leave in the room temperature until it soften again.
