Description

Inspired by Indonesian favorite jajanan, Klepon. Originally made in Ramadhan month – 2017, before klepon cake was even famous. Pandan Chiffon Sponge Cake, Fresh coconut with coconut sugar, and homemade klepon. Any celebration is perfect with a super delicious Pandan Sponge Cake, coconut sugar . Frosted with vanilla cream  frosting and finished with a Klepon and sprinkling of coconut around the top.

Contains : eggs, flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, sunflower oil, sugar, fresh coconuts, klepon.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING:

All cakes are placed in our custom cake box for a beautiful presentation. For shipping, layer cakes are specially packaged with dry ice in an insulated cooler and shipped via our custom logistic. Allow cake to reach room temperature before enjoying, which may take two hours. Wrap any remaining cake with plastic and refrigerate. Refrigerated cake will remain fresh for one week after arrival.

*Cake should be kept refrigerated (not frozen) till time of consumption. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge in an air-tight container up to 4 days, but klepon will harden after has been stored for more than 1 days. If you wish to eat klepon that has been stored, leave in the room temperature until it soften again.
